The RADAR key scheme offers access to approximately 7000 public toilets for disabled people, and operates in Barnsley and throughout the United Kingdom. The toilets are kept locked to prevent misuse and vandalism.
In Barnsley, there is one public toilet which is operated under the RADAR scheme. It can be found in Queen Street (outside Marks and Spencer).
You can get a RADAR key if: -
You will need to provide proof of your eligibility to receive a RADAR key, by showing us that you receive any of the above. For example, a letter from DLA or proof that you are in receipt of Attendance Allowance.
The RADAR key costs £3.50, which you can pay in cash or by cheque.
