Summary
To carry out rental valuations for housing benefit purposes, i.e. to determine whether housing benefit claimants ( and prospective claimants) are being asked to pay more rent than their landlords might reasonably be expected to obtain in open market conditions

Undertake rental evaluations and provide information to a variety of customers within the public and private sector
