The District Markets
Barnsley Market Services run regular markets in Barnsley as well in the surrounding towns of Wombwell, Penistone, Hoyland and Goldthorpe.
Markets were first established in Barnsley by Royal Charter in 1249. The markets provide their users with quality products at bargain prices. Small traders are given the facilities to trade in busy town centre locations.

Please note It takes on average four to five weeks from first becoming a casual trader to being offered a licenced trading position.
