Building 21 - Exhibition/Event Venue

B21 is the Elsecar Heritage Centre's multi-purpose event venue which offers 12,000 square feet of open plan, indoor display space and modern facilities.

Previous events have ranged from large scale wedding receptions, concerts, fairs, championship dog shows, new car launches, trade shows, conferences and even a japanese Koi fish show.

	Crash Barriers	£2 + vat per barrier per day
	Costs for set up/dismantling staging/chairs	£90 + vat per event

Building 21 is available for hire seven days a week, all year round, day and evening events accepted.

Building 21's standard features include:-

Ample toilets within the venue, including wheelchair accessable facilities and baby changing rooms.
FREE car parking facilities for public and traders.
Large loading doors into the venue on both sides of the hall.
Flat access into the building for general public and also exhibitors loading areas.
Natural light.
Computer controlled heating system for all year round comfort.
Hard-standing, water proof, non-slip floor covering.
13amp 3-pin power points around the venues exterior walls, with additional 'pull-down' centrally located ceiling sockets for added versatility.
24 hour on-site Security
Elsecar Heritage Centre is 5 minutes from the M1 and 20 minutes from the A1, with access also available by public transport from Barnsley, Sheffield and Leeds.
Scenic location with additional attractions and facilities on-site.
