Cooper Gallery - Conference Facilities and Room Bookings

Room Availability

The Sadler Room at the Cooper Gallery is available for hire for meetings, conferences, activities and events.

It can seat up to 100 people theatre style or 20-25 people conference style.

Catering and refreshments are available for room hires.

Private/Commercial hire:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm, £35 per hour
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm, £40 per hour
• Weekend hire, £45 per hour

Internal hire BMBC:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm, £25 per hour
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm, £30 per hour
• Weekend hire, £35 per hour

Community Groups & Arts Groups:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm, £25 per hour
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm, £30 per hour
• Weekend hire, £35 per hour

Catering from £4.50 per head

Opening Times/Locations

Gallery opening times:

Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

Sunday Closed

Meeting times can be arranged outside of normal Gallery opening times.

Yes, the Sadler Room is available to hire and can seat up to 70 people, but can hold up to 100.
