What do we offer?

The Barnsley Sport & Activity Forum provides sport and physical activity opportunities for older people.

Charges/Fees

Most activities are provided free of charge wherever possible. On occasions charges have to be made but these are kept to a minimum.

Opening Times/Locations

The Sports Development Co-ordinator can be contacted between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday; 9:00am - 4:30pm, on Friday.

How the customer can help

The Barnsley Sport & Activity Forum (BSAF) are gathering information on sport and active recreation opportunities within the borough on an ongoing basis. Additional Notes

There is an 'Evergreen' club at the Metrodome on Thursdays between 9:00am and 3:30pm for anyone over the age of 50.

The cost is £4.00, activities include:

• Swimming
• Bowls
• Badminton
• Aqua Aerobics
• Line Dancing
