Staincross Golf Course - Membership and Membership Renewal

Summary

 

To be able to play as often as you like throughout the year, an annual membership ticket is available from the golf shop.
Membership runs from January to December, with renewal notices for existing members being issued in September of the corresponding year.

Available to everyone from 7 years old subject to status and eligibility,

 

Procedure

 

All new membership application forms are available from the Golf Shop. Once you have completed your application form, please forward along with two passport sized photographs to the Golf Shop.

You can play on a casual pay and play basis, or as a member, with tee off times being booked through the golf professional or his staff at the on-site shop.

An initial one-off payment of £40 is payable should you wish to become a club member.

Opening Times/Locations

 

The course is open all year round, according to daylight hours, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day.

 

How the customer can help

 

Once you have completed your application form, you must provide two passport sized photographs. If you are entitled to a discount under the Passport to Leisure scheme then your identification number needs to be stated on the form if it is being returned by post. In addition, if you are applying in person, the card must be produced at the time of renewal.

Both application forms to become a new member / membership renewal contain all the relevant information.If a payment is to be made by Direct Debit then this will be over a 9 month period commencing January of the membership year.
