If you have a query or wish to bring any matter relating to the processing of personal information to the Authority's attention please contact your Directorate Data Protection Liaison Officer (DPLO).
If the DPLO has concerns over the matter raised then an escalation process is available within the Authority which could result in guidance being sought from the Borough Secretary's legal team or from the Information Commissioners Office.
