We’re committed to our pledge of ‘supporting our people to develop’. As you might imagine, its purpose is to ensure that our people have the skills, support and motivation they need to perform to the same high standards – even during times of major change and modernisation. Through the Skills Pledge, we’re also committed to supporting all our employees to achieve at least a level 2 qualification.
Performance and development review
We want our people to have the chance to progress within their chosen career and actively support personal development. You’ll benefit from a performance and development review each year, followed up by a six month review.
This gives you the chance to sit down with your manager and discuss any specific goals you might have. During the reviews, you’ll also work together to identify any development needs – and put processes in place to help you meet them.
