We’ve been working with our employees and unions to find ways of making savings with the least effect on front-line services and the most vulnerable in our community.
Part of the work we’ve been doing is to ask employees for their ‘ideas for change’ - suggestions on how we can do things differently and so be more efficient, which are now being considered.
We’re now looking to you, as users of council services, for suggestions. Please let us have your ‘ideas to save’ by clicking on the button. Tell us how you think we could save money, what services we might cut back or stop, and how we could work even more efficiently. What do you see as being our top priorities over the next few years?
