Introducing our commercial waste recycling service, designed to save you money.

Examples of how much you can save by using our recycling service and reducing landfill waste can be found in our commercial waste recycling leaflet.

If you use our commercial waste recycling service, you may find that you have very little residual waste to dispose of. We can help you by providing a pre-paid bag service for as little as £57.75 for a minimum of 25 bags.

Existing pre-paid bag customers can re-order bags in batches of 25 at a cost of £57.75 per batch and pay by debit or credit card using our pre-paid bag application form.

Each customer will need to enter a commercial waste agreement before the service can start. Charges for this service vary dependant on container size, and business location. Contact us for a competitive price and to discuss your business needs. You can request a visit to your premises to assess the needs of the business and advise you of the likely cost.

Once the level of service and appropriate costs have been agreed, an agreement and duty of care: waste transfer note will be issued for you to complete and return. Upon receipt of your completed, signed agreement we will issue an invoice for payment and notify you of your collection day. Please see our 'How to Pay' page for methods of payment.

New customers can request information and a call back from one of our team by completing the commercial waste service enquiry form.

If you are considering cancelling or wish to change your commercial waste contract please contact commercial waste officer on 01226 772050. Please note that we require four weeks notice for cancellations and in some circumstances we will require up to four weeks notice for changes to your contract. You can alternatively complete our commercial cancellations and changes form. Upon receipt of your form a member of our team will contact you within five working days to discuss your future requirements.

In the unlikely event that we have missed your commercial waste bin collection please report this to our Waste Management department after 2.00pm on your collection day.

If you believe that our operatives have spilled or dropped rubbish on collection, please contact our commercial waste department.
