Barnsley council offers a variety of stalls for rent in several different locations. The stall prices range from as little as £5:20 to £15 per day. If you are considering becoming a market trader further information is available in our new traders welcome pack

Hoyland market

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday £12.90 to £14.00 per day

District market offices are only occupied on the market days, for further information when the markets are closed contact Barnsleys main office.

Monday - Saturday £6.05 to £15.00 per day -closed on Thursdays.

The prices shown are for half stalls, however full stalls are available. Traders need to register at the markets office between 8.30am and 9am. Stalls are also available in the semi-open markets for the sale of new goods. All prices are correct at the time of publishing.

Access is from junctions 36, 37 and 38 of the M1 with J37 just 1 mile from the Town Hall (S70 2TA).

We have frequent rail services to mainline stations at Sheffield, Wakefield and Leeds. There are also five airports within one hour of the town centre, namely Manchester, Doncaster, Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Nottingham East Midlands and Humberside.
