Article Body

There is a need to communicate and consult with practitioners as part of the Wellbeing model to ensure that the Leadership Group can be fully informed when making decisions around setting priorities, and best utilise knowledge and expertise of practitioners working locally to inform priority action plans. Practitioners also need to know what work is going on locally, how they can help inform this work, and realise opportunities for integrated working that may arise to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. As such there are regular events and forums for practitioners to get involved in as listed below:

Various dates Practitioner Forums - drop-in sessions, providing opportunities to discuss issues around common assessment and share good practice.
