Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase a deed for a grave that will take three bodies?

Yes. Standard purchase of a grave is for two bodies. However, where ground conditions permit, extra depth can be dug at the time of purchase this must be stated. There is an extra charge for the extra depth.

Can I pick the location of my grave?

If you want a grave near another family member, we will try and accommodate this where possible. Some of our sections are for different denominations and so if, for example, you want the Catholic area or Church of England area this can be accommodated also. Please contact our Technical Clerk for advice on which cemeteries have these different sections available.

Can I pre-buy a cremation plot deed in the cemetery?

Cremation plot deeds are available to buy, which will take two sets of cremated remains. These are available in all of our cemeteries.
