The Strategy has been developed in consultation with many Council services and external partners and has been put together to recognise the importance of engaging with the local community and other stakeholders. The Strategy also provides broad guidance for Council officers when working with the public, including a number of key principles and standards that individual officers and services will be expected to adhere to.
