It explains the flow of information depending on whether the concern is urgent and whether or not the child is known to have a current social worker. The important thing is to share the information as soon as possible. The wording of the flowchart, for those unable to access it is as follows: Is your call URGENT? If the day is Saturday, Sunday, a Bank holiday or after 17:00 (16:30 on a Friday) call the Emergency Duty Team on 08449841800. If the day is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurdsay or Friday before 17:00 (16:30 on Fridays), or the call is not urgent, and your child has a social worker, call the social worker (if you know their details).
