The Jumble Lane crossing will temporarily reopen on Barnsley FC home match days until the end of the current season.
The crossing – which was closed late last month by Network Rail – will reopen between 1pm-7pm on Saturday 13 April, Friday 19 April and Saturday 27 April to allow fans to cross on their way to and from Oakwell.
During these times, the temporary bridge will close.
If the Reds secure a play-off spot rather than gain automatic promotion, the crossing will reopen for the home leg of the play-off tie. More information will be shared in due course.
Alternative arrangements for the crossing will be put in place at the start of the new campaign.
