Land Solve, the land delivery framework designed to help public sector organisations to maximise the value of their surplus land, is all set for the annual ACES Conference be held in Leeds (The Association of Chief Estates Surveyors and Property Managers in the Public Sector).
The year’s theme ‘Public Sector Property – The Next Chapter, A Changing World’ is part of a major industry event welcoming organisations from throughout the UK.
The Land Solve scheme, delivered by NPS Barnsley on behalf of Barnsley Council, has created national interest with a number of large projects now in the pipeline for development. The ACES event will provide a fantastic opportunity to promote Land Solve to a sector-wide audience and demonstrate the unique framework to potential clients.

The scheme has secured a number of expert development professionals appointed to the framework, and all have significant expertise in brokering surplus land deals for the public and charitable sectors,

The ACES conference will be held on 28, 29 September 2017, at the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
