(BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2019
The above-named Order will come into effect on 10 June 2019, and will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on parts of both sides of Park Road at Barnsley, between Day Street and Keresforth Hall Road, and on both sides of St Johns Road, Castle Street, Blenheim Road, Locke Avenue and Park Grove at their junctions with Park Road. Waiting will also be prohibited for loading and unloading at any time on the south side of Park Road, from Day Street south westerly to a point 100 metres north east of Keresforth Hall Road and on both sides of Tower Street at its junction with Park Road.
Documents giving more particulars may be viewed on the Council’s web site or during normal opening hours at the Town Hall Reception desk, Church Street, Barnsley.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 7 June 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
