If you'd like to learn more about getting online, you can join us for a free course.
There's a choice of dates and venues, and each course runs one day a week for six weeks.
- Week 1 – using a computer or tablet, and using the internet
- Week 2 – searching the internet and using online forms
- Week 3 – internet safety
- Week 4 – email
- Week 5 – using public services online (including council services)
- Week 6 – online shopping
You can bring your own laptop or tablet if you have one, or borrow one of ours on the day.
Changes due to coronavirus (COVID-19)
If you need some support to use the internet to help you keep in touch with family and friends or shop online during the COVID-19 pandemic, you can request digital support by filling in our online form below.
Our digital champions can provide free digital sessions and over-the-phone support to talk you through how to get started with video calling (such as using FaceTime or Skype), using social media (including Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp), or how to shop online safely.
