Our informal and friendly sugarcraft courses are for adults of any age.
They cater for anyone, from beginners, with little or no knowledge, to advanced learners, with some or extensive knowledge.
Classes are delivered by a versatile team of experienced tutors across the borough at varying times throughout the day.

Length of course
The course may include the following:
- sugar paste techniques
- sugar flowers
- confectionary skills
- cake top ornaments
- novelty cake decoration
Beginners: no previous knowledge is required
Intermediate: some previous knowledge is required
The cost of the course is £63.00 which includes tuition and registration fees.

How to apply
Give us a call for more information or to book your place. You'll need to take your National Insurance number to the first session. You'll also need to provide materials and basic tools for this craft.

Many of our learners make cakes for family and friends. Some learners have set up their own businesses selling decorated cakes and cupcakes.
