Our informal and friendly courses are a great way to discover how creativity can help you to improve your wellbeing.
If studying an arts or craft subject is something completely new, or if you already have a little experience, your tutor will help you explore your options and show you how taking the time to develop creative skills can be a great way to boost your confidence, build a sense of purpose and connect with others.
Length of course
Two to seven weeks
We have a range of creative wellbeing classes to choose from including:
- Digital photography
- Wire work
- Glass painting
- Sugarcraft and cake decorating
No previous knowledge is required. These courses are suitable for anyone wishing to improve their wellbeing.
The cost of the course varies depending on the course and will include all tuition and registration fees.
