Gateway Digital Skills for Work Entry Level

This course is designed for learners to develop the digital skills needed to support them to gain employment or to progress in their current role.

Length of course

20 or 30 hours depending on level

Course content

Learners will be able to:

  • work safely with digital devices
  • ensure own health and wellbeing are not negatively affected
  • work safely online
  • communicate safely using a variety of digital devices
  • follow workplace guidelines and codes of conduct
  • search for and share information

Entry requirements

No prior experience or knowledge of IT is needed. Experience using a mouse and keyboard would be beneficial.

Course fees

The cost of the course is £80 to £109 (depending on level) which includes all tuition, materials and registration fees with the awarding body.
