Sheffield Mind’s ‘Keeping Families in Mind’ programme are running their ‘Supporting someone with PTSD Workshop’ in June and July, and are open to bookings for the course. The course explains what PTSD is, how to support someone with PTSD, and how to support yourself when caring for someone else. Barnsley football community group Fit Reds Programme
Barnsley Football Club run a programme delivered by Reds in the Community for inactive adults over the age of 30 years.
This program aims to support men to make positive lifestyle changes and become more physically active, as well as increasing their knowledge and skills in relation to leading healthy lifestyles.
