Article: Refuse - commercial waste - spillage Online interactions for this service Report against this service Article Body Our commercial waste collection service is designed for the safe disposal of trade and commercial waste. We can provide a full range of waste collection and disposal services, using a range of containers to suit your needs. We will endeavour to meet your collection needs and we will do our best to provide the service at a time convenient to you and your business. If you believe that our operatives have spilled or dropped rubbish on collection, please contact our commercial waste department. We will ask you for your business name and address, and details of the spillage. We will then ask you questions about the circumstances of the spillage and give advice to rectify the problem. In some circumstances we may need to make a visit to determine the extent of the problem. Please note that if the spillage has occurred because the waste bins have been overfilled, or filled with waste which is not suitable for a general collection, we may make an extra charge to reflect the extra work involved. We will make arrangements to clean up the spillage as soon as we are able. We will usually tell you when this is likely to be.
