Due to essential system maintenance, payments through our automated telephone payment line and our call centre will be unavailable on Tuesday 12 August from 3pm onwards.

This means you won't be able to make a payment for things such as Council Tax, Berneslai Homes rent, or business rates over the phone.

You'll still be able to make a payment online through our website.
