If you've got a pest problem in your home, garden or business, we offer expert advice or treatments to help you get rid of them.
You should tell us as soon as you notice you have a pest problem. We'll aim to attend the next working day to inspect or treat the problem. During our inspection we'll give you details of the recommended treatment and advise you on the safe use of pesticides.

Problems with bees
There's lots of species of wasp, hornet and bee found around the world. Only a few of these are real pests in the UK, and some of them don't sting. Species such as the honey bee are valuable to the ecosystem.
If you have a problem with bees in a nesting box, we may be able to relocate their nest - it's illegal to have them destroyed. Email us at pestcontrol@barnsley.gov.uk for a quote.
If we can't relocate their nest we'll only charge you a call-out fee of £45.
Problems with birds
If you've got a problem with pigeons or other birds, email us at pestcontrol@barnsley.gov.uk and we'll give you a quote.
Rats in council houses
If you live in a council property and have a problem with rats, you should report the rat problem to Berneslai Homes who will arrange for us to attend.
Apply for our pest control service
You can apply and pay online for our residential or commercial pest control service below, or call us on 01226 772050. You'll need to pay up front by debit or credit card.
If we find no evidence of pests when we visit you, we’ll only charge a call-out fee of £45 and refund you the difference.
Pests not on your property
For pest problems on someone else's property (not your own), you should still tell us about this by filling in our online form. You won’t be charged for doing this. Report a pest problem on someone else's property.
