Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Michael Newsome to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of 141 Club, 141 Raley Street, Barnsley, S70 6LL on the following terms:

• Performance of plays – Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Showing of films - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Indoor sporting events - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Playing of live music - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Recorded music - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to -12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Performance of dance - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Late night refreshment – Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am

• Supply of alcohol - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm

• Opening hours - Monday-Thursday 11am to 11:30pm, Friday-Saturday 11am to 12am and Sunday 11:30am to 10:30pm
