The above-named Order will come into effect on 27th October 2025 and will prohibit waiting at any time on parts of both sides of Carrs Lane, Cudworth on the approach to and the entrance to Ring Farm Police Stables. It is also proposed to revoke previous restrictions prohibiting vehicles from waiting at any time on parts of both sides of Carrs Lane, Cudworth on the approach to and the entrance to Ring Farm Police Stables.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 24th October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
