(TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 16) ORDER 2026Details
The above-named order will come into effect on 16 February 2026 and will prohibit waiting on Cemetery Road, Hemingfield from the east of its junction with Lady Croft Lane to the west of its junction with The Hawthorns and on both Lady Croft Lane and The Hawthorns at their respective junctions with Cemetery Road.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 13 February 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
