An order has been made to introduce temporary 40mph speed restrictions on the below roads, from 18 August 2025 for approximately seven days.
- Dearne Valley Parkway Eastbound, Hoyland – Temporary 50mph and 40mph speed restrictions between Barnsley Road bridge and Wombwell Wood Roundabout.
- Dearne Valley Parkway Westbound, Hoyland – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Wombwell Wood Roundabout for approximately 200 metres.
- Dearne Valley Parkway East & Westbound, Platts Common – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Wombwell Wood Roundabout to Roebuck Hill Roundabout.
- Dearne Valley Parkway Eastbound, Jump – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Roebuck Hill Roundabout for approximately 200 metres.
- Dearne Valley Parkway Westbound Jump – Temporary 50mph and 40mph speed restrictions between Hemingfield Road Roundabout and Roebuck Hill Roundabout.
- Wood Walk, Wombwell – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Roebuck Hill Roundabout for approximately 50 metres.
- Roebuck Hill, Jump – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Roebuck Hill Roundabout for approximately 50 metres .
- Woodhead Lane, Blacker Hill – Temporary 40mph speed restriction from Wombwell Wood Roundabout for approximately 50 metres.
