THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY (BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 202-Details
The above-named Order will come into effect on 17th November 2025 and will create on the north west side of Eldon Street, Barnsley:
- Disabled person parking places from a point north east from the kerbline with Market Hill in a north easterly direction.
- Loading bays from a point north east from the kerbline with Market Hill in a north easterly direction
The Order will also prohibit driving except for access for loading and unloading only from 5am to 9:30am and 4:30pm to 6:30pm on all days on the Arcade, Barnsley from its junction with Market Hill to its junction with Eldon Street.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 14 November 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
