An order has been made to close a section of Barnsley County Borough footpath number 288 from Sheffield Road to Park Road and Barnsley County Borough footpath number 289 from its junction with Barnsley County Borough footpath number 288 to Park Road.

This order shall come into operation on 8 June 2026 for a maximum duration of up to six months. Works are expected to take approximately 2 weeks.

Reason

Gas main replacement works.
