Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Mr Christopher Wakeford to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of George Street Theatre, George Street, Wombwell, Barnsley, S73 0DD on the following terms:
Activities similar to live and recorded music, performances of dance.
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Friday from 6pm until 11pm, Saturday to Sunday from 12pm until 11pm.
Premises may remain open to the public: Monday to Friday from 6pm until 11pm, Saturday to Sunday from 12pm until 11pm.

Notes:
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
