The above-named Order will come into effect on 27 October 2025 and will prohibit waiting at any time on sections of the west and south west sides of Vernon Road, Worsbrough from its junction with Park Road, and the north and south sides of Haverlands Lane, Worsbrough from its junction with Vernon Road.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 24th October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
