THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY (BARNSLEY NORTH EAST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 21) ORDER 2026
The above-named Order will come into effect on 6 April 2026 and will change the extents of the existing no waiting at any time restrictions for vehicles on parts of both sides of Higham Common Road and Hermit Lane at Higham, and to prohibit waiting at any time on part of both of sides of the proposed new un-named access road forming the western arm of the new Higham Common Road roundabout.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 3 April 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
