THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY (BARNSLEY SOUTH EAST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 17) ORDER 2026Details
The above-named Order will come into effect on 2 March 2026 and will prohibit waiting at any time on parts of the south west and north east of Kirk Balk, Hoyland, the north west side of West Street, Hoyland and both sides of Longfields Crescent, Hoyland.
It is will also revoke previous restrictions prohibiting waiting at any time on the west side of Kirk Balk.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 27 February 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
