Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Zabi Nishat to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of Layals Convenience Store, 110 Station Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, S73 0BL, on the following terms:

• Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises - 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm.
• Opening hours of the premises - 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm.

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 10 March 2026
