Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Lauren Houseman to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Locked in Time, 30 High Street, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3RG on the following terms:

• The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday and Tuesday - 12pm to 9pm, Wednesday and Thursday - 12pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday - 12pm to 11pm, Sunday - 12pm to 10pm. Christmas Eve - 12pm to 12am and New Year’s Eve - 12pm to 1am.
• The playing of recorded music indoors to match the hours above.
• Opening hours to match the above.
• Live music indoors on Friday 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 3pm to 9pm and Sunday 3pm to 7pm and New Year’s Eve 3pm to 10pm.

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 27 December 2025.

1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
