The above-named order will come into effect on 20 April 2026 and will introduce a school keep clear area prohibiting stopping from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday on the north side of New Road, Tankersley, it will follow on from the existing school keep clear area on the north side.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 17 April 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
