TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT NO. 15) ORDER 2026Details
The above-named order will come into effect on 20 April 2026 and will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on parts of both sides of Oakwell View in Barnsley. It is also proposed to extend the existing no waiting at any time restrictions on the north eastern side of Oakwell View from its junction with Pontefract Road in Barnsley. If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 17 April 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
