Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Magnum Trading M2 Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Papa John’s Pizza, Unit A, 2 Upper New Street, Barnsley, S70 1LP on the following terms:

  • Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors): 7 days a week -  11pm to 5am (the following morning) 
  • Opening hours: 7 days a week - 11am to 5am (the following morning)

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by 28 April 2026.

Notes:

  1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
