Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Sim City Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Sim City Limited, Unit 81, Albion Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, S71 3HW on the following terms:

• Indoor sporting events, Monday-Saturday 8am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm

• Recorded music, Monday-Saturday 8am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm

• Supply of alcohol - Monday-Saturday 8am to 9:30pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm

• Opening hours Monday-Saturday 8am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm
