Notice is hereby given that application has been made by South Yorkshire Darts Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of South Yorkshire Darts Ltd, Unit 9, Market Street, Hoyland, Barnsley, S74 9QR on the following terms:

• Indoor sporting events, Monday to Friday 12pm (noon) to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 10pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
• Recorded music, Monday to Friday 12pm (noon) to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 10pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm
• Supply of alcohol - Monday to Friday 12pm (noon) to 10pm, Saturday 12pm (noon) to 10pm and Sunday 12pm (noon) to 6pm  

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 7 May 2026.
