The above-named order will come into effect on 20 October 2025 and will prohibit waiting on Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 6pm on the west side of St Marys Close, Cudworth, from its junction with the southern kerb line of Prospect Street in a southerly direction.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order you may within six weeks from 17 October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
