Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Rebecca McNicholas to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of The Country Club, 6 The Arcade, Barnsley, S70 2QN on the following terms:
- to significantly increase the outside area permitted by the premises licence
- to remove the condition from the premises licence - 'ensure any drinks to be consumed in the pavement licence area are served in polycarbonate tumblers'
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 8 September 2025.
