Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Evastreet Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Outpost, 2 Union Street, Barnsley, S70 1JJ on the following terms:

• Indoor sporting events: Sunday to Thursday 12pm (noon) to 12:30am and Friday/Saturday 12pm (noon) to 1:30am
• The performance of live music (indoors): Sunday to Thursday 12pm (noon) to 12:30am and Friday/Saturday 12pm (noon) to 1:30am
• The playing of recorded music (indoors): Sunday to Thursday 12pm (noon) to 12:30am and Friday/Saturday 12pm (noon) to 1:30am
• The performance of dance (indoors): Sunday to Thursday 12pm (noon) to 12:30am and Friday/Saturday 12pm (noon) to 1:30am
• The provision of late night refreshment (indoors): Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 1am and Friday/Saturday 11pm to 2am
• The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 1am and Friday/Saturday 10am to 2am
• Hours open to the public: Sunday to Thursday 10am to 1am and Friday/Saturday 10am to 2am
