The Wentworth, Maple Road, Tankersley - application to vary a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Ale House (Lincoln) Limited to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of The Wentworth, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley, S75 3DL on the following terms:

Amendment to the hours for the supply of alcohol, limited to:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9am to 12:30am
• Friday and Saturday – 9am to 1am
• Sunday – 9am to 12:30am
• Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays – 9am to 1am
• New Year’s Eve – 9am to 1am
• Opening hours Monday to Sunday – 12am (midnight) to 11:59pm (24 hours)

Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 12 February 2026.
