We work with AA Global to enable Deaf and deafened service users who speak British Sign Language (BSL) to have equal access to our customer services. The service is free to use.
To get in contact with us using BSL, you can request to book a BSL video call back with a member of our team by using our online form and selecting the service you need.
A friend or relative can also arrange the appointment on your behalf, either by filling in the online form or by calling (01226) 773555. Please note, we won't be able to discuss the content of your enquiry with this person.
When we receive your request we'll confirm your appointment by text or email and send you a link to join the video call. Call backs will be arranged during office hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
