Supply of new bins for housing developers

We supply wheeled bins to new property developments and charge the developer for these.

As a developer you'll need to pay £129 for the provision of bins to each property. This charge is to cover administration costs and the delivery of four 240 litre bins for general household waste and recycling. You can order larger bin sizes where needed, depending on the size of the unit and storage space.

Request to order bins for a new development

We'll work with you throughout the design and construction phases of development to help with enquiries and manage any issues with our waste collection service. As residents move in, we'll meet with you to smooth out any teething problems and help residents to make full use of our recycling service.
